Family Friday – Fall into Memories

Designed for families who have experienced a loss, it’s a safe place to connect, learn, and share. To help meet other families, along with break-out sessions, discussions, and activities to help identify tools to help navigate the grief journey. There will be a breakout group for adults and a breakout group for children.  Children should bring a special memento to share that reminds them of their loved one.  Cider and donuts will be provided.
