New Hope has a variety of ongoing loss-specific peer support groups to help you in your grief journey. These groups provide support and a safe space to talk about your grief and the challenges you face with others who have experienced a similar loss. There is no cost or pre-registration required to attend any of the ongoing groups, but all new participants must complete a First Time Participant Form. Virtual participants, please Click Here to complete the First Time Participant Form. If you are joining a group in-person, you can complete this online form or a paper copy at the group.
First Steps: First Steps provides those who have experienced the death of a loved one, a safe place to share their story, understand more about grief, and learn about the grief support programs and resources that New Hope offers. This one-time scheduled meeting provides an opportunity to connect with a peer support facilitator that is similar in age and has experienced a similar type of loss.
Please contact the New Hope office at (248) 348-0115 or at email@example.com if you would like to set up a First Steps support meeting.
