Hope for the Holidays

Grief is hard, and special days and holidays seem to make it harder. This seminar, scheduled for Saturday, November 19 from 9:00am – 11:30am, addresses the sadness, stress, and anxiety that can come up during this season for those of us who have lost a loved one. Our hope is to help you answer the question, “What can I do to navigate the upcoming holiday season?” You can expect to leave this seminar with practical tools, and stories from others who have experiences loss and found Hope for the Holidays.  This seminar will be held in-person at Ward Church, and virtually via zoom.
