(Fall) “From Grief to New Hope” 8-Week Workshop

The “From Grief to New Hope” 8-Week Workshop combines the educational components of a seminar with the safety and support of a peer group. This workshop is available to adults who are grieving the death of a loved one regardless of how long it has been since the loss occurred. This workshop is a safe place to express your grief and begin the healing process. Each session includes a speaker, and then participants are placed into small groups with others who are a similar age and have experienced a similar loss. Small groups are guided by facilitators who have also experienced a similar loss and have traveled through their own grief journey.

This workshop is offered twice a year in the Spring and in the Fall.
