This twice-yearly eight-week workshop is available to anyone who is grieving a death. Each session includes a speaker who shares their own experiences and journey through the grieving process. As a part of the workshop, grievers are placed into small groups according to their loss (i.e. spouse, parent, child, etc.) and given the opportunity to share their feelings and challenges with others.
Participants find this workshop to be an instrumental turning point in changing their lives in positive ways, including new friends, improving family relationships, and learning better coping mechanisms. There is no cost to participate in this workshop.
