New Volunteer Orientation

Volunteers are the backbone of our organization. Since being founded in 2000, New Hope Center has offered peer-based support that allows individuals to invest their own experience of hope, healing, and new beginnings into the lives of others who are beginning their own grief journey. Certain volunteer roles have direct contact with those we serve, and others provide vital support by assisting in the office, fundraising, or helping with special events.
Come join us as we share our love, talent, time, and energy to provide compassionate care to grieving individuals at a time of great need. This is the heart of our mission at New Hope. As a New Hope volunteer, you will get an opportunity to meet wonderful people, help them through difficult times, and then reap the reward of witnessing them move towards hope, healing, and new beginnings.
