Grief Sensitivity Training

New Hope Center for Grief Support offers training to educate professionals on how to better understand grief and loss to help support themselves, their peers, and people they serve.

The training can be tailored to your organization’s unique needs. Depending on the preference of your organization, New Hope can travel to your location, host the training at our facility, or provide virtual training.

AS A RESULT OF GRIEF SENSITIVITY TRAINING, PEOPLE WILL BE ABLE TO...

  • Better understand the emotions and reactions associated with grief
  • What to say and what not to say to bereaved individuals
  • Learn how children respond to grief based on their developmental stage
